Jalapeno Cole Slaw with Mustard Dressing

Serves 8

  • 8 cups – green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots – shredded
  • 2 jalapenos – finely chopped
  • 2 green onions – chopped, whites and greens
  • Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup – Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp – Spice Brown Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp – vinegar
  • 4 tsp – sugar
  • 1/4 tsp – celery salt
  • 1/4 tsp – cumin

In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, jalapenos, green onions.  In a separate bowl, stir the dressing ingredients together and pour over cabbage.  Mix to combine.
