Serves 8
- 8 cups – green cabbage, shredded
- 2 carrots – shredded
- 2 jalapenos – finely chopped
- 2 green onions – chopped, whites and greens
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup – Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp – Spice Brown Mustard
- 1 Tbsp – vinegar
- 4 tsp – sugar
- 1/4 tsp – celery salt
- 1/4 tsp – cumin
In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, jalapenos, green onions. In a separate bowl, stir the dressing ingredients together and pour over cabbage. Mix to combine.
