Air Fryer recipe modified from vickypham.com. Serves 4. Active time: 15 minutes Total time: 30 minutes
- 1 lb – salmon fillet, skin on
- 1 Tbsp – honey
- 1 Tbsp – Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp – Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp – Gochujang
- 1 Tbsp – garlic, mincedt
In a small bowl, combine honey, Miso Paste, Tamari, Gochujang, and minced garlic. Cut skin-on salmon into 1.5” x 1.5” squares and place in marinade to coat. Salmon can be in marinade for 5 minutes to 30 minutes
Working in batches, place salmon on air fryer screen skin side up to loosely fill the bottom. Place in air fryer at 400F for 4-8 minutes – salmon center would be medium rare for serving. Excellent served with spicy avocado and cilantro salad.
