Dana’s Cornbread Recipe

  • 2 8.5 oz packages – Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 8oz can – creamed corn
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp – garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp – cayenne
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk

Preheat oven to 400F.  Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir until moistened.  Pour batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.  Bake for 17-20 minutes until golden.
