- 2 8.5 oz packages – Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 8oz can – creamed corn
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp – garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp – cayenne
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup grated extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir until moistened. Pour batter into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake for 17-20 minutes until golden.
